Our refund policy does not include Domain Registration, Domain Transfers, Domain Privacy, Virtual Private Servers, Dedicated Servers, or any addon services such as dedicated IPs, and setup fees. No refunds are available after 14 days. In order to cancel a service, you must contact the Orange Hosting Sales Team, through our support portal or via live chat support located at the top right of your screen.

Accounts canceled/terminated by Orange Hosting for violating our Terms of Use do not qualify for the 14-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, you will not be given any refund. Please review our terms of service.
